Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend and you were able to spend it with family and friends (and good food, too!)
March is probably my least favorite month of the year. Its so fickle and just so bleh. March never knows if it wants to be warm or hot (proof: the avg temp in March last year was 65 degrees here in PA. This year…not even close). With snow melted and no leaves on the trees its just so ugly out.
That’s why I am SO excited for April! I know spring officially started a couple of weeks ago, but to me…April means spring. Its my favorite season! And with the spring, comes cute dresses, dusting off my denim jacket and hopefully not waiting too long for that much needed spray tan.
I bought my first spring dress of the season the other day at (I am sure you will be shocked) Old Navy. As soon as I tried it on I knew the many ways I would be able to wear it!
The great thing about this dress is its versatility. You can dress it up, dress it down, all by switching out shoes, changing from a blazer to a cardi….you get the picture.
My first look is what I would wear to work. The blazer makes it more professional, and the wedges being closed toed are hopefully good for a lot of work places!
My second look I would wear out to dinner with my husband (even our girls too if it wasn’t technically a “date night.”). To me a cardi is less formal than a blazer- I am sure most of you would agree. These strappy heels I absolutely love. I bought them a couple of summers ago and have worn them a ton. Because of the platform they are somewhat comfortable.
Lastly, this is something I would wear if I were just running errands or for a casual weekend. You will notice that once the warm weather hits I wear my denim jacket and fedora with everything. Everything. Absolutely love the combo.
