Charlotte’s Birthday Extravaganza

This past weekend was my youngest’s first birthday party! Although her actual birthday isn’t until the 19th, we had the party this weekend as it was when most of our friends and family could make it.

It really was a wonderful weekend! I invited close friends and of course family. Most of my family lives at least two hours from us, and they all made the trip for the party, which meant the world! Not to mention a lot of my friends from out of town came to celebrate too! Charlotte is certainly a loved little girl 🙂

The delicious cupcakes made by Addie Cakes by Nikki (who also happens to be Charlotte’s Godmother)! You can tell her exactly what you want and its taken care of just like that! And they taste amazing too!

Most of my college girlfriends were able to make the drive (missed the ones that didn’t)! This was the first time we were able to get all of our children together. At one time. So getting all the kids (age 7 and under) together for a picture was on the agenda! Can’t wait to see how these pictures progress over the next several years!

Charlotte’s smash cake, which I couldn’t get in front of her fast enough…she devoured it!

I think she loved her new hat! 🙂

I usually have a small (small, small, small) candy bar as opposed to goodie bags for the kids! If anyone wants a gumball I have about eight thousand left over.

I think I am still recovering! It really was an awesome day!  So awesome that I realized that I never got a family picture with the birthday girl!

Hope you all had a great weekend!
