It was a year ago today that we welcomed this baby girl into the family. After almost 24 hours of labor, at 10:43 pm, we became a family of four, and ultimately completed our little family. I am pretty sure she was 8 lbs 8.5 oz, and honestly, I forget how long she was…I would totally have to look that up. Is that bad? (warning….there will be picture overload in this post!!)
Charlotte Adele meets her big sis, Ella. It is so amazing to me how different these two are already!
Loved that we used the same outfit we brought Ella home from the hospital in!
I know this is blurry, but you get the picture (no pun intended)- Rocco was eager to check her out-then soon realized that he would now be even lower on the totem pole. Poor guy!

(I know…..its our dog. But he is just too cute I couldn’t resist)
Charlotte- you complete our family. You make me wonder why I am not skinnier with all the chasing after you I do. I love your determination (no matter how many times we tell you no), I love your appetite (you definitely take after me), your grin that always makes it look like you are up to something (you usually are), and that giggle. Oh, that giggle is enough to make any day better. I feel bad for anyone who gets in your way in life, because Lord knows you will plow right through them like its nobody’s business. You already have a scar over your one eye from your stitches to prove it! Thank you for making my heart even bigger, and my life even more fulfilling than I ever thought possible. You are loved, you are blessed. Always remember that!
