Red Stripes to the Rescue

I know people say horizontal stripes are not flattering, especially on someone like myself who is a little curvier. But to those people I say: booooooooooo!!!!!

I don’t feel like they aren’t flattering. I mean, sometimes maybe they can be, but I honestly think it all depends on how big the stripes are, how the outfit is styled, etc. It isn’t just all horizontal stripes, all the time, no matter what.

This particular Old Navy dress grabbed my attention, because I had been looking for something like this for a while. Not like hardcore searching, but it was always in the back of my mind! If I found what I was looking for, great, if not, no biggie!

The fit is super flattering and really curve hugging, which I love. The length is great- not too short, plus there is a little stretch to it! I also plan on wearing it with my white Chuck Taylor’s and a denim jacket- versatile and cute!

I love it on you. I also have a striped dress from Old Navy that I love and that doesn't make me look wide even though I'm not that skinny. k at
