Living in Yellow x Gibson Cozy Collection

I am down for anything cozy-that should be no surprised at all! I find the older I get the more I would rather be comfy and hang out with friends rather than get super dressed up and go out. It just sounds so much more appealing to be comfortable (and stylish…those two can go hand in hand).

I’m really excited to share with you all today the launch of Living in Yellow‘s second collection with Gibson. Her first collection launched in the spring-I loved it-so I knew her newest collection would be just as awesome!

This collection focuses on all things cozy. I love that they are things that I would wear to lounge around the house, but can also totally wear out and about!

Plus size plaid top

This plaid top was a favorite of mine in the collection. I love the colors, but also the cut is super flattering and comfortable. The pintuck details are such a nice added touch. It also comes in another color! I am wearing the XL. I think the large would have been just right for me, but I am much more comfortable in the XL.

The Diana Cozy Fleece Dressed Up Wrap Top-what a dream. It is incredibly soft and very comfortable. I am in the XL, but would definitely be able to wear the large. I am wearing it without a tank or cami underneath, which is totally doable, but you can also open it up a little and wear a cute Lace Trim Cami. I love the look of it! I have the top paired with jeans, but I think it would look great with their joggers, too!

Speaking of joggers….best.joggers.ever. Like everything else in the collection, they are so soft. I have had the black ones since Erin’s original launch in the spring and just added these gray ones. I probably shouldn’t admit how often I wear the black ones. Is it possibly to wear them too much? Maybe! After having these in the XL I think I can safely say that the larges would be a better fit for me. For sizing reference I am usually a size 14, or 31/32 jeans (depending on the brand).

I swapped out my gray joggers for my black to pair with this cozy off the shoulder top. I am so pleased with this top-because I am not a petite person, I always have trouble with tops that can be worn off of one shoulder. It never looks right, lays right, feels right, but this top felt amazing. It comes in multiple colors-love the basic black, the blue, and even the leopard, but something about this deep violet I loved!

I’ve mentioned before that I love how these pieces can be worn at home and out and about-this piece in particular looks great paired with my favorite joggers. I also love how it looks with a pair of black dress pants and mules! You could easily swap out the flats for a pair of heels and add a clutch for an even dressier look!

As far as sizing for this top, I am wearing the XL. If I wanted it to be a little bit more fitting a large definitely would have worked, but I love the looser, more casual look in the XL.
