Mini Loft Try On Session

Hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was filled with family and one on one time with Ryan-it was so nice! My cousin got married on Friday-it was such a beautiful day! It was a kid free wedding so our girls were able to spend some time with Ryan’s parents, giving us some adult time, which was welcomed!

Last week I had a mid day meeting which was close to a mall that has a really great Loft-I didn’t have a ton of time to do a full try on session but I was able to give a few things a try, and even brought one thing home with me! Trying things on/shopping is definitely much more interesting these days with a growing bump-things that look good and fit me now, may not in a week or two so I have to think about my purchases so much more than before!

Top (maternity from Target) /// Skirt

Believe it or not, I am wearing a medium in this skirt! The large was quite bulky on me and just didn’t lay quite right. I felt the medium fit me perfectly and accommodated my bump! I love it paired with the fitted white tee, and it would look cute with a denim jacket!

Ultimately, I ended up pairing it with a short sleeve chambray and nude sandals-it was so comfy and cute!

I loved this romper-looks like a dress but is a romper– so much easier to wear for some reason! As far as sizing for this adorable number-I am in the 14 and it was surprisingly big on me, even at 15 weeks pregnant. I had to really pull it tight to tie it comfortably.

The chest was a little large as well! They didn’t have a size 12 for me to try on, so I wasn’t able to compare the fit of the two, but ultimately, my normal size 14 was just a tad too big.

Loved the idea of this jumpsuit, but it just wasn’t a fave on me! I grabbed the XL-it was the closest to my size they had in store, and I just didn’t love it!

I felt the fit of the XL was pretty big-I think I would definitely need a large, which seems to be pretty on par with Loft jumpsuits-a large always fits me well!

Top /// Skirt

Looooved this combo! I have been gravitating towards skirts lately-they are so easy to wear with my growing belly and are just really comfortable.

I am wearing a large in this skirt. Without the bump, I think it would fit me well, so it is definitely true to size. Because of the bump though, it is pulling a little bit between the top two buttons!

The sweater is similar to ones from last year, and the fit is almost identical too. I am wearing the XL-it fits, is a little bit on the looser side but still looks great! I do feel like if I wanted more of a fitted look I could size down to the large.

Top /// Pants

Love this color combo! The pants are really comfortable. I’m wearing the XL and they are just slightly too big on me. The length is a little long, too-I am 5’4″ so I would most likely need the petite! Keep in mind they do not have any stretch to them!

The top is a really comfortable every day top. Basic, great for layering and an easy toss on and go-it is true to size!
