A New Cozy Fall Sweater Coat + Other Favorite Sweater Coat Picks

With my pregnancy nearing an end my shopping has decreased a little bit (not completely, lets be honest haha) and I have tried to focus on things that I can wear post pregnancy like shoes, jackets and cardigans. At this point I am pretty much done buying anything maternity-with being 36 weeks, what’s the point, right?

I have had my eye on this jacket for a bit now but didn’t want to pay full price for it. I know it’s great quality, something that I would wear a lot and would be easy to incorporate into my wardrobe but still I just didn’t want to pay full price!

Lucky for me, there was a sale the other week-I don’t remember what it was for, nor do I care (haha), I was just happy to see a sale that included this jacket! Jackets can be tricky for me to purchase online, mainly because I feel like its something that I really need to try on, but I made sure to read the reviews. Plus based on the description I knew it had some stretch to it which would work in my favor! I settled on the large and it fits perfectly! I think the XL would probably work too, but I’m pretty certain the sleeves would be too long and it would be borderline too loose (if that even makes sense).

I was so thankful for cooler temps this week so I was able to actually wear the coat and not just stare at it day after day! I was even comfortable driving in it-I know, that may sound weird, but you know how there are just some jackets that are super uncomfortable to drive in? This isn’t one of them-I was actually super comfy wearing it!

I wanted to keep the rest of my outfit a little bit more on the neutral side, so I paired it with this lightweight turtleneck (non maternity, I’m wearing the XL but I feel like I could wear the L) and my go-to maternity jeans (did you catch this post where I shared my two favorite maternity jeans)
