Mommy in Heels x Gibsonlook: The Perfect Transition Top
Iām at it again with one of my favorite brands, Gibsonlook! The other week I launched a gorgeous, versatile dress! This time around Iām launching a fabulous blouse that will be the perfect top to help you transition from the summer into the fall!
It comes in a beautiful floral print-the colors are SO perfect and shades I always seem to gravitate towards. For those that reach for solids, weāve got you covered! The simple, classic ivory can easily be a closet staple!
I love how lightweight this top is. Itās the perfect kind of wear now, wear later wardrobe piece! Wear now with sandals and denim for those hotter days (which we most definitely still have here in Pennsylvania), or even swap the denim for a flirty skirt!
When those temps finally do start to drop, itās great for layering. I love that itās lightweight enough to wear alone now, but also allows for easy layering-itās not bulky! Change the sandals for booties and add a cardigan and youāre all set for fall!
Some of the details I love about this blouse is the smocking detail at the chest/shoulders, and the tie detail! It also has blouson sleeves with elastic at the wrists-a favorite detail of mine in tops!
The Ivory is classic, right?! I love it paired with dressier pants-it makes it great for work! Itās loose fitting enough that it feels flowy and not frumpy.
If youāre more of a casual gal (like me), my top looks just as great with jeans and sneakers, too!
Letās chat sizing! I am wearing the large in both the ivory and the floral and it fits perfectly. I would say itās true to size! The length is great and hits at the right spot so if you want to wear it untucked itāll look great. The flowiness of it though also leaves it looking gorgeous if you want to tuck it in! Itās available in XXS-XXL!
