My First Time to Rome: What I’m Packing

It feels like forever ago that I started planning this trip to Rome, and here we are, in Rome! I have never been, but a lot of people I know have-they’ve given me a lot of suggestions as to what I should pack/wear.

With all of those suggestions in mind and along with the weather forecast, I curated (what I think) is a great selection of outfits that take into consideration comfort and wearability without sacrificing my style!

A lot of what I packed are things that I’ve owned for a while, with a coupe of new additions. The matching sets are always an easy wear for me day to day, but especially when I am traveling because it’s a one and done outfit. I feel like it requires so much less thought!

This black dress is another favorite (I have it in a red striped and a floral print). The fact that it’s bra free makes it even better! Like the matching sets, it’s another one and done thing to pack! It’s always one of my top choices when I am traveling!

Let’s chat shoes and accessories quickly! Scarves are certainly having a moment, and I can see why. An easy, inexpensive way to change the vibe of your whole outfit, whether you tie it around your neck, your purse if even wear it as a hair accessory!

And these mesh ballet flats? I’ve had for several years and have worn so much! They are comfortable, I’m able to walk all day long in them, and they are so cute!
